DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. I REPEAT, DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Stay as far away from this place as you possibly can. This was by far the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I paid $960 for a crown and buildup, waited two weeks for my permanent crown, and when it finally came in… it didn’t even fit. They had to remove it and put my temporary crown back on, which became loose, uncomfortable, and never felt right. Dr. Pham completely lost my trust. If I had known my crown was going to end up like this, I would’ve just let the students do it for me. Every appointment felt rushed, and I never felt like my concerns or my appointment mattered. It always felt like I was being pushed aside instead of being treated like a priority. Dr. Pham also told me I needed six fillings, but every visit I kept hearing, “Come back next week,” or “Come back in two weeks.” I finally told the front desk that I wanted at least four fillings done that day. She numbed both the top and bottom of my mouth but only completed the top fillings. Then she told me she was behind because she had other patients and asked me to wait even longer. I came here because I was having suspected wisdom teeth pain, and the cost of just an xray at my dentist would have been 3x the price. Everyone was very kind and helpful! Dr. Pham went over my whole xray with me. While it ended up being too complex for a regular dentist and I did have to get a referral fo an oral surgeon, the place they sent me too was very quick and helpful. Dr Pham also gave me antibiotics to start early which helped! I came in as an emergency walk in at 8 am and was out by 10. This is a great option for anyone who needs it.

Called to inquire about pricing for a friend. They are more expensive than a qualified dentist and do not accept insurance. You could use your insurance at a qualified dentist and pay less in co-pays than going here and having a student do the work.

Visited today for the first time, went in as a walk-in for a non-emergency (chipped molar). The receptionist was extremely kind and very helpful, she was able to get me added as a new patient/checked in very fast. The wait time was surprisingly reasonable, especially given the fact I arrived only ten minutes prior to the cut off time. *FAIR WARNING - if you choose to walk-in instead of scheduling an appointment, you will have to wait for a potentially long amount of time, depending on their scheduled appts for that day. Every walk in patient is worked in between other patients who scheduled their appointments in advance. For me, it was no problem as I planned on the wait - but it is worth mentioning. To give an idea, I went during a weekday, from the time I arrived at the office to the time I walked out, it was roughly 2~2.5 hours total. A student tech handled my X rays, she was very skilled and moved efficiently. Dr. C was my dentist and she was incredible! Extremely intelligent, kind, sincere and progressional, I literally could not have asked for a better dentist. She explained my problem to me very clearly and presented a straightforward treatment plan that she reinforced with

These people are angels, I had an abscessed tooth and everyone was so compassionate during my misery, the dentist too was fantastic, she did her best to not add to the discomfort while extracting.. great job she did ! Also prices were affordable which was almost as much of a relief as the extraction was.. 5 stars ! Thank you doc !
